Thank you for shopping with Dark Jedi Creations. Please read the following carefully, as our shipping practices differ depending on the type of product you order.
Digital Downloads (STL Files)
Digital products — such as our 3D print STL files — are delivered electronically and require no physical shipment. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your download. No tracking number will be issued for digital orders.
Physical Products
All physical products (including 3D-printed items, keychains, holders, necklaces, and tealight covers) are made to order. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our studio; please allow time for production before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders $75.00 and over. $6.99 on orders under $75.00.
- Express Shipping: $24.99 flat rate.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
International shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout via USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International) and DHL Express Worldwide. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where available. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control (including weather events or customs clearance for international orders). We appreciate your patience and will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are outside of our control.
